We have a 45 year old florescent fixture over our kitchen sink, finding the necessary size florescent bulb is scarce in local stores. Went to Amazon, using our old bulb for the exact size I entered this into Amazon's search box. Took deep reading, but I located exactly what we needed. We bought it, box came securely packaged, bulb fit perfectly! Yeah!

You can literally hear glass or something moving inside when you shake the bulb a little bit. But other than that it fits the fixture and I'm happy with the one that does work. Edit-Seller is sending replacement for broken bulb!

Arrived well packed...used it in above sink area fixture..the lighting is on the "cool temperature" side...so not terrible bright...great nite light in kitchen. If you want/need brighter...switch out to led fixtures...much brighter,and many have the ability to adjust level of brightness and temperature color as well.
