Excellent price and quality item, I'm keeping hopeful my new nutrition formula (from the medical journal) will help with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome I have, a genetic disorder of collagen processing, this along with 12 other supplements are now at work in my body. Excellent. This improves concentration if taken in the morning. Although I am aware most people use for muscles/body.

Product arrived on time. Thanks Amazon. The issue that keeps cropping up within the supplement industry is that the capsule or tablet size is difficult to see and not front of packaging. In this case 2000mg is 4 capsules. This makes a farce of the stated dose, intentionally. Of course 500mg per Capsule is less appealing to 2000mg per serving. As for the EFFECTIVENESS, IT'S A little too early to tell. I'll try and remember to come back in a month when the product runs out.

I love this product and brand. I’ve bought MSM and Apple Cider Vinegar supplements from them too. Great quality and great price. The L-carnitine has helped me immensely as I struggle with stamina in the gym and during the day. I’m able to do prolonged training and on my non gym days I can get so much done without feeling tried. I’m planning on sticking with this brand for subsequent supplements.
