I requested a return for this product, but the person in of returned products said that this product is too big for a vehicle and requires a large vehicle.

Not up to the mark. Finishing is very poor and value of money is not good. The inlet blue cover is broken already.

The cooler truly justifies its name, "Storm". Really KOOL Cooler with stylish elegant look & Super Cooling. I am using it at a place where the temperature in summers are usually 42° C + during day & still in such a place, it completely cools down my entire room. Talking about night, temperature usually remains above 30° - 35° C & yet in that also, it compels to have a light comforter type cover whole night. Noise level is OK as compared to other Desert coolers also. Totally satisfied with the product.

I have bought two coolers ( two different models) from Symphony in end of Feb, and within 4 weeks we have had problems with water pump, and lack of cooling due to material used for cooling does not absorbs water. Ended up lodging complaints and then simply following up customer care auto reply - with no success. With the scorching summer, ended up getting these fixed through a paid service and paid do the new pumps too… despite being in Warrant period. Simple recommendation - don’t buy the products from Symphony

I bought this product recommended by my brother. It says it can cool 300sqft. room. However I found it insufficient cooling for 12x12 ft room. Not a good cooling. I was using it normally and pump stopped working. I had complained 2 times to Symphony customer in this 2 months of purchase for pump not working cause. They came to clean pump and went away. Customer service is also delayed they callin morning that they will be coming and came after 9 hr however it is good they provided same they service. But you should not ask customer to wait 9 hr.
