Too difficult to use
Impossible to get the radio into this pouch without a huge struggle. I gave up. Imagine trying to extricate the radio in an emergency. Enough said. I bought the canvas pouch as well and will be using that after some minor modifications to the plastic coli lanyard. This $15.99 was a waste for me though.

Unusable
Holds it securely but nearly impossible to remove to USE it during an emergency

Go with a pouch setup.
Tore the second time I installed it onto the Nautilus Lifeline. Thought it was going to be good product due to the nice fit. But when I removed it, just to test how easy it would be if I needed to use the PLB, it tore near the latch opening during reinstall. Will be buying a pouch to carry while diving instead of this sleeve design.

Not that durable
The pouch is compact but when I removed the unit to test it the silicone tore rendering it completely useless. I paid $19.95 for it from a local dive shop on July 15th, 2017 and it failed April 4th, 2018. It's a nice idea but I don't think it's durable enough for repeated removal and insertion of the device it's meant to protect/hold. For this lower price on Amazon and people who want to set it up and forget about it this may work. For myself, venturing often 30-100 miles off shore on small private boats, where the unit will be tested prior to each trip this is probably not what's best. I don't care for their other nylon pouch either and am looking for a compact but durable option from a 3rd party manufacture.

Not really usable
You can’t use the devise with this cover on. Impossible to take off in an emergency on the water.
