Effective, value for money product.. does the job well -
Value for money -- i am using it for over 2 weeks and am very satisfied with the quality -- the adhesive is v gud -- i use the tape on my shoulder for 2 days -- use it in steam followed by cold shower bath-- has no effect in the tension or adhesion -- it supports well and i do strongly recommend it for sports use.. in fact i have a complete supraspitanus tendon tear.. v critical -- but gives good support while playing badminton -- fairly water resistant and dries off fast while retaining its quality .. gud product for the price point ...

Sustainable and durability
Wonderful product, supports nicely all the time. When use not peel easily as well it's very easy to remove. No marks too.

Incorrect order.
The tape is good... but i did not ordered pre-cut. I ordered 4 tapes together earlier. This did not opened and checked each one. Now when I was left woth this one i got to know it was pre-cut which i did not ordered.

Absolutely nothing wrong about it
This is the best kinesiology tape I have ever used. Very good adhesive - even after a week it was not coming out. i had to apply oil to remove it. In that week i played 2 matches and bathe 2 times a day. Very good quality material- the strength was still there after 1 week. No iching or irritation on skin Value for money - cost is very reasonable given the above quality Only 1 con - does not stick at all on sweaty surface, but i dont think anything sticks on a sweaty body so it is absolutely acceptable Buying it again right now :)

Adhesive came out in 10 mins of walking at 25% stretch even on clean shaved dry skin

Good sports tape
I’m using a sports tape for first time, due to an ankle sprain. I felt the tape is doing good job. I used the tape and went for running. Getting good support from tape so far. Once sticked, I used upto 4 days - the gum is good, even I took bath with it. So far holding good.
