Completely worth the money
This case has seen 30+ flights in the several months that I have had it and I am completely satisfied. It is surprisingly spacious, I have done several 3 week trips with just this suitcase and a bookbag. It fits perfectly in the overhead compartment, never any trouble from TSA. The charging port on the outside is pretty slick and useful.Overall, this is a great piece of luggage and was a great purchase.

Good wheels, poor handle and scratches easily
All in all, it’s a good bag. I was a little disappointed with the quality of it, for the price I bought it at. After a couple of months of use, the handle has gotten a little loose. It’s been scratched up a little bit as it scratches easily and it’s seems it might not last me that long. It’s still a solid carry on, just not worth the premium

Big, durable and useful.... behave. -_-
[UPDATE]I have recently put this thing through it's paces with a week long business trip.It easily held a weeks worth of business and casual outfits (including a suit), shoes, boots, watches, toiletries, the whole 9.On my way home I had to pack a few books and a Lenovo Think pad in it as well. This was where it finally got a little tight but still zipped up just fine. The elastic straps held everything in place with a little forethought on how to make sure everything is held down (big stuff on top is key). The suit/hanger pocket was great. I probably stuffed more shirts into it than I should've but once I got them in there with the arms folded back they unpacked really nicely. So this is just to confirm that, for everything I've used it for, it has held up amazingly and is super useful. It's taken on a few scuffs that I can't seem to rub out, but I'm so happy with it that I really dont care at this point.[UPDATE]I'm a traveling photographer so while I have a pelican case for my cameras and lenses I keep everything else in my suitcases/duffle bags and then have a dedicated bag for clothes. I end up bringing 3-4 bags with me and it's kind of a nightmare. This bag has solved so many problems.First, it's big enough for me to throw some tripods and a pack full of accessories in.On top of that, I can still fit my clothes AND my nice outfits for when I'm actually shooting (usually slacks, vest, tie, etc.)It's got plenty of built-in pouches for small item storage and a full divider on one side.Since I am a vine reviewer I get the bag for the price of a review so I try to put these things through the paces for my reviews. To see if it is indeed "Break resistant", I set it up against the wall and took a solid jab at it, I'm 6'5", athletic and trained in MMA so I know how to punch.Happy to say it did not break.Let my 8-year-old daughter kick it as hard as she could... case was just fine. :)Ran my keys across it, not hard but, enough to emulate some average banging around. No scratches.I'm sure if I had dug in I could've scratched it up, slid it down the road on asphalt and concrete... yeah, but I don't see it getting all scuffed and ugly from average use.The wheels are very smooth, this thing even rolls fluidly across carpet. I can push it and it will roll half way across my apartments living room.At 6'5" I usually have to slouch a bit to roll my baggage, nothing is ever tall enough for me. This is plenty tall.Took me a bit to find the instructions to set up the lock. They are located inside one of the small inner pouches.I registered for tracking online in a few minutes and that was that. The included pen is so tiny it's a bit silly. I see myself losing it after one or two uses but if I somehow manage not to, it might come in handy.it's more of an "emergency item" anyway so I may never actually pull it out but, i guess it's the thought that counts.Overall I am super happy with this case.I have owned one other Victorinox bag (a laptop bag) and was very happy with the quality. It stood up to 3 years of Horror movie level abuse before the strap clip snapped when I overloaded the bag with a ridiculous amount of junk.I expect to see the same durability out of this case as I drag it around the country full of heavy gear.

No Instructions but Nice Bag
This suitcase is amazing. So, mine did not come with an instruction booklet (ugh), so it took me a bit of time poking around online to find the product info that would actually allow me to open it. But, the product info is out there (I would happily provide you with the link to the manufacturer's product page, but providing links is verboten). Hopefully, there aren't any issues with registering the product (but I will update, if there are any issues). This suitcase is a bit of a monster, which I love. I had an old bright yellow monster suitcase (soft) that I also loved and after probably 10 years, I was definitely in need of a new one. Here's what I like about the Victorinox out of the box: The wheels are literally the best I've ever experienced on any of my pieces of luggage (and I travel a decent amount and have multiple luggage sets and pieces). Any direction I twisted and turned it in, it glided smoothly (like dance partner smoothly). The Lock: I love the fact that it has a built-in TSA approved lock, which means that I can lock it (without the additional purchase of a lock) and TSA can open it with their universal key. Per others' reviews (as I do not have a product booklet), you can register your code with TSA (presumably after you have registered the product), which also allows them to open your bag using your code. The Space: The space inside is extremely generous. There is actually so much space that I would caution some; it's been my experience that individuals typically tend to "pack" (like stuff) suitcases (particularly, women--like myself). With a suitcase this large, if you pack it, you're likely going to *easily* exceed the 50lbs limit that we have here in the States for checked baggage. You also have to keep in mind that the bigger the luggage, the more the luggage weighs (and this one weighs 13.5lbs). So, that is something to keep in mind (either preparing to pay an additional fee, being conscious of the weight you are packing, or going to a smaller size suitcase to avoid this issue). This would be an amazing suitcase for road travels, particularly lengthy one; for those who need to take fragile items, tech items, or high-value items on their travels, or for those who travel lighter but love the extra space (particularly the fold-out garment bag).Inside the Suitcase: On one side you have the standard compartment with the X straps, including a couple of smaller zipper compartments along the inside (of special note is the charging pack compartment: Which has to be purchased separately). On the other side, you have multiple zip compartments at different levels, including a level that contains your fold-out garment bag. So, this is great for those of us who like to be organized.Outside: On the outside of the bag, by the handle, you have a pull-up and fold out luggage tag, a pen, and an "electronic device reset tool" (looks like a two-pronged, mini-fork. You will see this panel in the bottom recess of the handle cut out.Overall, I really like the style of this case; it's well-designed, it seems extremely tough, and I particularly like the way they recessed many of the features (i.e., tag, wheels, handles, etc.). I was really frustrated by the lack of a product booklet/instruction booklet, but I didn't feel it was worth taking a star off for (who knows who is at fault for that). However, I'm not sure how many people are really going to need a suitcase this large (especially with this price-point). So, great product, but my advice would be to really be transparent with yourself about your luggage needs before opening the wallet.
