arrived quickly and easy to install
The battery arrived quickly and installed easily - the laptop is back to charging properly and staying charged well - I don't know about the longevity of it yet but so far it was well worth the money

Battery does not switch
Laptop has failed to switch batteries when battery 1 is drained , it goes off. I have to be checking and ensure my work is saved, if I don’t want to lose what I was working on. I have done the process stated here severally, it switched 1 or 2ce after then it hasn't been. I have googled solutions and tried them still it persists.
