It's a cheese slicer
Very sturdy, cuts through cheese easily, much less messy than using a knife.

Very handy
Purchased on a whim as a small gift for my fromage loving bf. We use it all the time now. It appears to be well made so it should last. I can see it being very useful for cutting larger blocks of cheese.

Works well
I used it for block cheeses. Works well with hard and soft cheese blocks. Works witl spam too.

Perfect
Just used this, making my midnight snack of cheese and crackers. It's pretty big and I have small hands but it's still easy to use. It didn't come with an extra wire, but you can replace the existing one.

Difficult to judge thickness of slice
Works very well, but I have a difficult time judging thickness with this slicer. Possibly not appropriate for novice slicer like myself.

Not was I was hoping for.
It worked great the first time I used it but in the middle of slicing a block of cheese the second time the wire snapped, making it unusable.

Tofu slicer
I bought it for my daughter's to use to slice their tofu. The bread it and fry it. Works great.
