Let me tell you, this product is amazing, it was super easy to put together, it's bigger than the average cat trees, but I have a large window I knew this would be great in front of. It's very sturdy, even though you have the option to secure it to the wall. I have a super tubby minnie "Charles K the man cat" and he floats his fatness all over this cat tree with ease!! The color was great too, totally matches the decor colors in the room and will definitely hide the tufts of dark kitty fuzz that will be left from all the shenanigans that will go on between my cat kiddos. You will not be dissatisfied with this item. I also had to reach out to the seller and customer service was SPOT ON! Super excited and glad I finally upgraded!

I was so happy when the construction was easy and my 2 cats immediately started to enjoy it. 2 months of them scratching on the posts has all the sisal gone and the “carpet “ which is only thin fabric is also torn in places. They still use it but now the scratching is causing some of the posts to be unstable. I’ll be shopping for a better brand soon!

I got this cat tower to replace one that my 3 cats had worn out and this one turned out great. Its a LOT sturdier than the one it replaced, a lot bigger and the cats love it. It is almost perfect. I say almost because the bristle thing in the base that they can rub against just kind of sits in the holes and since it is bent into place, it doesn't like to stay in there and when it pops out and springs back into the shape it wants to be, it is kind of violent and dangerous. If there was a way to better attach it to the tower than stick the ends of the rod into a couple of small holes, it would be perfect.

I did not realize just how large this was when I purchased it but my cat loves the top platform the most so it works out. It was a little challenging to understand the directions at first. It’s a good quality and seems pretty sturdy. My cat loves the platforms and seems beyond comfortable. May be a little too much for just one cat but whatever he’s the king of this castle.

This is a really nice tall cat tower gives the cats a nice vantage point. Our cats fight over the top spot but other than that it’s been a good investment. They don’t use the round nest like pods that stick out from the tower. We use those areas to store their toys

The top 3 beds are wobbly after about 1 month and they were not very sturdy to begin with. Easy to put together but easy for the cats to tear it up as well.

The wood is so cheap and weak our two cats broke on of the beds off within an hour. It is not worth the money. Hair also sticks to it and makes it hard to clean. We tried to keep it for a while but it’s just not worth it go with another brand.

Instructions had several incorrect labels (boards F1/F2 labeled as E1/E2; wrong screw labeling at the top portion.) Many of the screws are too long and start to pop up under the fabric in the cubbies and bed platforms.The fabric that stretches over the cubby frames is very loose and needed to be glued down at the bottom, otherwise it would leave a gap for the cats to fall through if they leaned against it.The ball spring can't be tightened down, since it will leave about 1/4th inch of screw under the board for the cats to possibly get injured on.The brush feature at the bottom doesn't even screw in. I ended up gluing it in to ensure it stays in the holes longer than 3 days.Can't comment much on how long this cheap fabric will hold up to cat claws, yet. It's already leaving chunks of fuzz as I put together this cat tree.Will not order from this company again. If it weren't for the fact that I was already almost halfway done with putting this together before finding out about the bad hardware, I would pack it up and send it back for a refund.At least the cats enjoy it, but they also were enthralled with the cardboard box it came in.
