These fit just like original, but if you are replacing these glides, you probably need to be replacing the whole bearing assembly, so make sure to get that as well, to save you the headache of having the dryer apart and realizing you need the whole assembly.

Changed these when changing the belt on our older GE dryer. Very easy and should add a few more years to our 10+ year old dryer.
