I’ve taken this for 45 days. I’m not sure that it’s done anything for me but I haven’t had any bad side effects.

There is only one other brand that makes these in capsule form. I've been using the other brand for almost a year now decided to try this brand because of a better value even though the mg is a bit lower. Turns out the healing effects are a lot faster than the other brand (maybe because this is organic?). I'm very happy will continue to use!

I've been doing simples (natural herbs) for the past 30 years. This stuff works, it's best advised to go slowly with all herbal products. These normally work over a period of 3-6 months, or so... I've used red root and self-heal in the past. Keep an eye on your teeth! My advice? Take half the recommend amount and when taking it mix it in at least a glass of water. You should see or feel results within 30 days. I have a cyst on my right testicle. With the regular dosage, I could feel it go right to that spot. It wasn't a painful feeling, but I could feel it in my liver also. As I adjusted the formula down, things began to move along slowly and better.My suggestion: One pill per day to start.Gradually increase dosage. If you feel any pain or discomfort, dial it back again. Good luck and God speed my friend :-)

I wouldn't trust this stuff it made me have to pee every 30 minutes after taking it for two days (only 3 capsules) with a meal. By day 5 my lower back/kidneys started hurting. After stopping the kidneys feel better and I've stopped peeing all day long.
