Green Soul Beast Racing Edition Ergonomic Gaming Chair with Premium Fabric & PU Leather, Adjustable Neck & Lumbar Pillow, 3D Adjustable Armrests & Strong Nylon Base (Black & White)

I have been using this chair for more than a year now, the lower cushion is completely flat and now my butts start hurting if i sit for more than 30mins. Also makes lots of irritating sound while sitting or getting off of the chair.. also lot of sound during reclining. I loved it for first few months.. now i want to throw it and buy a new one. How to dispose these chair? Is there a exchange possible!

It is been a month I purchased the Green Soul Beast and here is my review.Fedex delivered it within 6 days with great care. Assembling it was quite easy and it took me about an hour or so to assemble it. There was a problem with on of the armrest but after contacting Green Soul they dispatched a new armrest which i also received withing a week.The chair looks great and I have worked sitting on it for 5 to 7 hours and it was really comfortable. Foam and fabric used is good. The lumber support pillow is good but could have been more soft.Conclusion : Good built quality, Great customer service. Just go for it.

Been using the product since a week while working from home. I should say its nicely designed keeping in mind all ergonomics. Good back , head and arm rest to keep you comfortable throughout the day!!! Took just 20 minutes to assemble , all necessary tools are also provided
