Love it!
Great for energy and restocking those carbs after a long workout. Great product. Great company! Will buy again.

Oats
The flavor is really good, but I didn't realize it would have solid oats in it. That makes it pretty hard to drink in a shaker bottle.

Not much product for 60 bucks
I received my package today and opened the container and it is less then half way full. What's the point of having a big ass container? Especially since this was 60 dollars.

Pretty Good
UPDATE: there are only 30 (NOT 45) servings in the container. And, the sweetness of this has just become so sickening to me, I have not been able to even make it through the whole thing. I went from dreading drinking it, to just quitting all together. Such a shame, should be so good otherwise.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I am currently doing a lean muscle gain cycle, increasing daily calories by 150 kcal increments. Most carb drinks are fast digesting, a lot of times dextrose, and I did not want that. So, I was excited to come across this drink of "clean" carbs! The taste is very much like sweet potatoes, but also very sweet (too sweet for my taste, I could do with much less stevia). I mix it as directed (with 8 oz. liquid). I just use cold water, and typically throw in a half or a full scoop of vanilla protein powder with it to make one post workout drink. I mix it about 10 seconds in the Nutri Bullet and it blends very well and is easy to drink. Some of the taste (other than some of the sweetness) gets lost mixing it this way.I don't understand how many servings are actually in the container- the front of the container states 45 and the back says 30. I am keeping track to see how long it takes me to finish, as it is a decent price for 45 servings but I do not think I will return to buy more if it turns out to be only 30. Also, the container is huge but arrives much less than half full. I am sure it is shipped by weight not volume, but it is still ridiculously oversized and wasteful of materials, added shipping impacts, and space in my already stuffed supplement cabinet.

The only disappointment is that it sells out quickly

Half Empty Container
I understand that contents settle, however the container was not even half filled.

Taste is good, texture needs some work
The base of this carbohydrate supplement is fantastic, made with finely ground sweet potatoes and blueberries. Add a little bit of liquid, and you could imagine that you were eating the gooey inside of a sweet potato pie... that is, except for the bits of oats in there. For some reason, even though every other ingredient in this supplement is in powder form, the oats are not. They're like the same oats you would buy in a bag or canister to make oatmeal with.If you add water or plant-based milk to the supplement to make a drink, everything blends really well except for the oats. You end up with a sweet potato pie flavored beverage with oat pieces floating around in it, which doesn't make for the best experience.I will say that the oats bothered me a lot, and greatly affected my rating of this product, but that doesn't mean that the supplement isn't any good. When not considering the texture, I really liked the taste. It tasted like sweet potatoes mashed up for a pie. I appreciated how it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet, so the sweet potatoes shone through. If you want to blend the supplement into a smoothie or bake into something, the whole oats aren't a big annoyance. In fact, at one point I mixed the supplement with unflavored protein powder and splash of almond milk and used the mixture to make a batch of cookies that turned out fairly well. The cookies were good enough that I would happily make them again for a balanced snack. This leads up to my last point. This supplement was great when I wanted a good source of carbs that didn't take a long time to prepare. It made for a good source of fuel and nutrients without a lot of effort (except for when I had to get out the blender to make sure the oats were ground up). As someone who loves sweet potatoes, I enjoyed being able to enjoy them without having to remember to put them in the oven ahead of time.Is this supplement worth it? For me, maybe not. For you, that depends. It's not a bad product, and has some good things going for it, but it also has certain aspects that could be improved upon. It'll just depend on what you're looking for and what you care most about. If texture is a big thing for you, this might not be the best option. If you're not particular about texture or plan on blending or baking with the supplement, then you might want to give it a try.
