Nice product, but shipping absolutely awful!
The product goes on well and saves time when simple, small jobs are at hand. However, this shipping experience was NOT good. The product was shipped with another product I purchased and there was no packing, not foam, no paper, no bubble wrap, no peanuts...nothing! The container's lid as open and I had spilled material in the box on my other product. There was also a hardness in material for about 1/6th of the quart due to it being open. How could they expect that this would make it through travel without even being taped up? If I wasn't in a hurry, it would have gone right back!

Just what I wanted
Works great!

Work It!
This grout did the job, but required some serious elbow grease! Application was relatively easy but wiping it with a sponge caused a decent haze over the tile. Once everything dried, I used acid haze remover and a stiff bristle grout brush to remove the excess grout residue and haze. Looks amazing! Also, color was spot on for alabaster. Highly recommend!

Makes floors look new
Have travatine on entire living room kitchen and over 20 years many of the grout lines have crumbled. This is super easy to apply and luckily an exact match on the color from original. Makes entire floor look brand new ( also did deep clean) It is almost an off white or bone ( Alabaster) which turned out to be what I needed. Even used it to fill small holes in travatine, slightly lighter but blends in well. Did put sealer on but it isn't really needed in low traffic areas. Few hours work floor look new again

Good product, good customer service
Easy and convenient. I could simply apply it straight out of the tub, which is very convenient for someone who lives in a condo and does not have a place to mix the grout. When one of the grouts was damaged during shipping, the seller gave me a replacement right away.

Easy to use & works like a champ
I had some bathroom floor tile starting to fail & lose adhesion (1962 house). I glued them back down (not sure if that was okay or not) and used this to fill in between. This was done 3 mos ago & you’d never know anything was different than original. Looks great & easy to use - I hope it lasts.

Even thought it was well packed, it came with ...
Even thought it was well packed, it came with the top popped off slightly, so the top grout was partially dried... to be fair I did not return it as I just don't have time...hopefully once I scrape off the dried part the rest will be fine

Gets the job done!
Not sure if my problems are because of the product or how long I waited to use it? Bought a tub of this before and didn’t get a chance to use immediately. (Sat unopened for 3 months, at least, at room temperature.) Opened it and saw there was some dried out on the lid. Never done grout before so wasn’t exactly sure of the right texture. Followed directions but it was going horrible. I think it was too dried out. Added as little moisture (water) as I possibly could just to get it to spread. Much better after that, but what a pain until I tried that. I have very small stand up shower. One tub was definitely not enough so I misjudged that. Ordered more today so I can finish. Once all the grout is applied, I plan to seal it. For my needs, I think it’s perfectly fine. If you’re a complete amateur, like me, then buy more than what you think you need. I wasted a lot at first trying to figure things out with the consistency and my application technique. I regretted not just buying the extra tub upfront.
