Its a stuffed pillow. It isnt some floppy flimsy thing. Ive had it for a while now and its still packed. I think i even took some stuffing out. It comes with extra you add or remove to your liking. Its like My Pillow its chopped up memory foam. But feels soft not like chunks of anything.

If you're looking for long-term cooling, this might not be the one. But if comfort is your main priority, it’s still a solid option.
