Was only described as good condition and it turned up looking flawless just in a non descript box. Fabulous watch, connects to my Google pixel 10 pro with no issues via the Samsung health app, can change watch face colours which is great as picked a beige one and found I could change it to pink! Don't pop it down when not on your wrist on a table with an air purifier however, it'll send you notifications that your heart rate is over 200 haha! Great piece of kit, amazed with the price. The bezel turning is amazing as feels more like a real watch and great to be away from the square smart watches as they feel uncomfortable to me. Over time the step count seems to be really accurate and you can see it increasing in real time if you look at your watch while walking. Easy to setup once I made sure I had the right app on my phone! Also very easy to change the straps, just make sure you've got nails to hold the hinges with as they're fiddly!

Great quality as described, good value for money, bright and looks good in the bigger size 46m, connects really well and still going strong after 2 and half months

I've had 2 of these watches, first one was faulty and wouldn't charge correctly and the second one just won't stay connected to the Samsung phone. I bought this as the functionality of the cheap smart watches is terrible and seem to have not moved on since I bought one 15 years ago with a barely functional app and barely any integration. I was hoping that pairing a Samsung watch with a Samsung phone would be the solution and it would "just work". I spend more time reconnecting the watch than I would spend just picking my phone up to check messages as I usually have to do that anwyay/as well. Completely pointless device and a total waste of money. Shame as I like the price and quality of the refurbished device (both were as new), just the technology that doesn't work. Really expected more of this.

I'll keep it short and sweet! It's a cracking watch, with tons of features and functionality for sleep, heart rate, blood O2, ECG and more. I use it daily, and it's great for reminding me to get up and move about. It's improved my overall health, and has encouraged me to get out and walk more with it's exercise tracking. I'd love to see these systems more gamified in the future, but for now the little achievements and such are great :) Paired with an S20+, had no issues so far. The only negative is after a day, you will be looking at around 50% battery remaining, with lets say "light to medium" usage. I've not tried battery saver mode to see how much it can extend life, but I'm sure you can fiddle with it to extend it out to probably 2-3 days before needing a charge.

I bought this renewed version of the watch 4 classic as a trial to see what the tracking and apps were like without paying the full price for the brand new one all I can say is wow it's very good quality and has the apps and features to back it up with monitoring of blood oxygen, heart rate, body composition, ECG and stress levels along with usual steps counter ,calories burnt etc there is also plenty of different watch faces to be able to change it daily if you want too I have found the battery lasts a couple of days but that's fine by me for this smartwatch. the watch arrived in a plain box but was immaculate

This was an upgrade on the version 3 that had finally given up. I was a little sceptical as I was purchasing a refurbished one, but apart from the lightest of scratches on the main dial the watch was spotless and works very well. Great battery life, lasting 2 days at least. Highly recommend

Requires charging every day. Apart from that very nice watch
