This light is small in size, but big in performance. I was a little alarmed at how small and light the box was when it arrived - to the point where I was worried that it was either the wrong product, or that the book light would be toy-like. I needn't have worried. This light is much smaller and much lighter in weight than my previous rechargeable LED book light - but it performs even better and has a few more useful features. It is very well designed and solidly constructed. The light is bright and dispersion is good; it easily lights a standard paperback or hardback book, pages open.The three colors of light are about as expected - except that the amber color setting is very, very warm. Think campfire-embers type warm. The three colors are easily selected by a toggle on the top of the light head. I read by the mid-range light. The amber light is useful if we want to use this book light as a kind of bed-side night light if someone is climbing into bed later.The three light levels are also as-expected, and range from fairly dim to quite strong. They're fine - and easily selected by another button on the top of the light head. It would be nice to have a simple on/off switch instead of having to toggle through the light levels (which are: dim, mid, bright, and 'off'), but that's not a big complaint. The other benefits and features of this light more than offset this shortcoming.This Glocusent book light runs circles around my older light. It just does the job better and is easier to live with ... and handsomer to look at, too. There might be better book lights out there, but I haven't see one that beats this. We'll be ordering another.

This is a great little light. Tiny, but powerful! I use it for doing diamond art and it has made it so much easier. I can actually see what I am doing! I highly recommend this light. Cute, inexpensive and it works great. It far exceeded my expectation.

This one is superior! I've had many book lights. I like the 3 color temperature and brightness level. I really like that it's rechargeable. Sturdy clip and quality stainless gooseneck, not flimsy. Oh yeah, priced reasonable!

I bought this to use for doing embroidery in low light. I love how light it is and it clips on to my loop. I can change the brightness and there are three different "light" settings. I can easily twist the light to any area I need. The battery lasts a long time and I like that it charges vs needing actual batteries, which make it super heavy.Overall, great purchase, no complaints.

a most excellent value - nice and bright & light weight

This is a pretty good light. Surprisingly multi-purpose: I quickly found it is great for crafting!Pros: I really like the different tones (I use white as an aid for embroidery, yellow for reading at bedtime). I love that it's rechargeable, and the brightness levels are a nice touch. It holds a charge for a long time. Because I have used it for multiple several-hour embroidery sessions on the brightest setting before a charge was needed, I know it lasts a long time.Cons: I am very light-sensitive and in a dark room, even the lowest level on the yellow setting is pretty bright, I wish it got even dimmer. The little pad on the clip likes to flip over to the wrong side, and the hinge ends up on your book if you're not paying attention. The shape of the tip sometimes makes it hard not to have it shining a bit in your eyes, not sure why they wrapped the light bit around like that.All in all, well worth the price and better than others I've had!

This is a very versatile light for reading, drawing or whatever. The three levels of brightness, variable color temperature, flexible arm and attachment clip allow custom lighting according to task and/or ambient light. Very good value for the price. Bought one for myself, then another for my wife. We're both happy with them. Haven't used enough to comment on battery life, but easy USB charging, so don't expect that to be an issue.

Best book light I’ve ever purchased. Easy to adjust to get in just the right angle and I love that the brightness is adjustable as well. The blue light and warm glow features as lovely as well. Holds a long charge. Definitely a good quality and worth the price

Very satisfied with my new lamp and a customer support from the manufacturer! Bright, convenient, very light and easy to use. So tiny and cute, yet so handy! You can also put in on the table as a regular lamp in case you don’t want to attach it to the book, it stands on its own

Pleasantly surprised at how bright this is - but it's a soft orange light so great for nighttime. If you turn it towards the wall before sleeping it makes for a lovely soft light for middle of the night loo visits.

The product is as advertised. Had it for a few months, convenient and easy. Long life, charged only once in the beginning and still going strong. Light options excellent and DO NOT INDUCE HEADACHE, which makes immeasurable difference to those who love to read but have migraine and similar issues. Thank you to all who worked on this!

It's small and light and dies a brilliant job.It does illuminate all the page, for a normal size book, that is. It's not going to cut it with coffee table kind of book. Different light options, including a yellow one which emits less brightness and is therefore good if you are mindful of your other half.I must say that the purple is not as deep, as on the website, it's a very light mauve or lilac, but still lovely.
