Great coconut evaporated milk to have on hand. This product is not easy to find in my area. I use it to make coconut flan. It tastes great. The quality is consistent.

I must have received regular coconut milk. This is nothing like evaporated coconut milk I’ve purchased previously. There’s nothing about this that says it’s evaporated milk. It’s thinner than skim milk and has no carmelized or semi sweetened flavor at all. The bottom of the can was the same as regular coconut milk where the liquid rises and pulp sinks to the bottom or congeals on the top. I’m hoping they just mislabeled these cans. I’m going to appeal to the manufacturer and Amazon post haste.

Made vegan Libby’s pumpkin pie using recipe on can with two substitutions - Coconut evaporated milk for dairy evaporated milk and Reds Mill egg substitute for chicken eggs. It turned out good enough to serve company. It had a very, very slight coconut flavor. It was sweeter than I’m used to, so would reduce sugar in Libby’s recipe. Very happy with product.

Excellent healthy milk. We enjoy dri king it plain or delicious in coffee.

Was exactly as expected. I have a lactose intolerant friend that I wanted to make my Coquito for. I used this product with sweetened condensed coconut milk, and regular coconut milk. Many of my guests said it was better than the original. Will buy again.

I specifically bought this product because it wasn't supposed to have Guar Gum in it. It is hard to find coconut milk in our area without it. I should have known better when the pictures were blurred and the description didn't address it, however all the reviews talked about buying it because it didn't have any gums in it. Just coconut meat and water. So, if you are sensitive to guar gum, as I am, please know this product has Guar Gum in it!! I won't be buying this product or using this company again.

Tis the season for pumpkin pie and I can finally make the traditional recipe dairy-free. It tastes exactly the same!
