One clasp was bad when I bought it and now after using a few weeks, the second clasp is wearing down. You have to press and hold it hard and multiple times for it to close. It’s still great for my pup though and we used on a long road trip. Still glad I bought!

My 7 lb dog fits perfectly in here. It keeps her from bouncing around the car from seat to seat & from hitting the dash every time we brake too hard. It’s light enough to carry her in too so that’s a plus. Easy to get in and out since it opens from either side. My only complaint is there’s no cushion! And it’s oval so nothing fits snug. We are cutting a sheepskin rug to fit inside.

This is the kind of carrier I had no problem getting my cats into. Of course, after closing it down they still want to escape as always. The difference is that the female one didn't hurt herself trying to get out; (she hurt her nose once before, not so bad but for me it was hard to see.) This time they were more calm I think because they could see me from all angles. Couple of hours after arriving home I will try to put them inside the carriers again and they didn't get scare; this is something that I never got to do with the old carrier. Thank you.

Terrible construction for bike safety. When pressing on the bottom, the carrier separates from the metal brackets. This pushes the carrier and dog off the bike. There is no way to secure this property to a standard rear bike rack, plus it’s huge for a bike.

I love the top load, seatbelt straps, size. My Vet loves the top load feature, so much easier to get my 15 lb Sphynx with an attitude out of the carrier. I’m thinking about getting another because I have 2 cats and 11 lb dog. They all seem to be much more comfortable in this carrier.
