Decent bike for seniors
I got this bike with the arm exercise things for my dad who’s 60 years “young”. He suffers from frozen shoulder so I'm hoping this helps. There was assembly involved but I had my husband help me and it took a little over an hour. It doesn't come with batteries for the monitor, so make sure to buy your own. Overall, it seems to be a good sturdy bike... so far, I think it's a good purchase for older people.
