The bottle was broken

Has a pleasant smell which is not very strong didn’t find it particularly invigorating but it didn’t irritate my scalp like practically every other shampoo I’ve tried. Found it easy to rinse out and didn’t have any problems getting the product from the bottle like some other reviewers.

as usual for Neal's Yard products-this is lovely, nice smell of seaweed-refreshing. you only need a tiny bit. the bottle looks nice in the bathroom.

Was hoping for similar to the old L'Occitane Rosemary Shampoo. Was disappointed. The Neal's Yard shampoo has very little scent. I ended up adding drops of Rosemary essential oil to give it some lift. Unless you've short, very thin hair you need a lot of this shampoo to clean it. The shampoo doesn't disperse through the hair very well, so you have to apply it multiple times at different points (crown, left right, right side, lengths etc). It's extremely low foam, which is fine, but there's no movement in it. The shampoo rinses off well, so that's a plus, but there's no feel-good factor. No clean or refreshed feel. I finished the bottle, but wouldn't buy it again. The Faith in Nature Rosemary Shampoo is much better.

The plastic bottle is so dense and solid . It's impossible to squeeze the bottle to get the shampoo out. There is no option to return it ? Surprised at this poor product from Neal's Yard, who were always know for their wholesome/ natural ingredients, and packaging. Won't buy any more.

Expensive. Small bottle. Doesn't lather. Won't buy again.
