Used this once and it works (?). There is a nice smell as it has lemongrass. The roller rolls well. It’s not super quick to absorb into my skin but it didn’t take that long either so I don’t really have to use my hands to rub it in. I didn’t feel any freezing effect tho as the name suggests BUT not long after that it just works (?), no cramps and less tense on my calf. So, I guess it works regardless freezing effect or not and I look forward to use it again. Very nice packaging too - I mean it is ££££ for what it is but I’ve seen a lot of gym people raving about it.

I was really unsure if this would be any good but i love it. My husband originally brought it to use on his legs after running long distances and i started using it as a nurse after long shifts when i had achy legs. This stuff is brilliant and really helps! Would definitely recommend to others. We have purchased more than once and will again once it runs low.

Was slightly allergic at start, but it’s fine to use now. It’s honestly excellent, perfect for me atm who’s deep in a marathon training block. It’s only not 5* cos it’s quite expensive and goes within a month.

I couldn’t get through my runs without this product … amazing!! And smells absolutely gorgeous. I really struggled with pain in my legs and shin splints this has been a miracle!
