UFO A-Frame Metal Swing Set for 1 or 2 Children, Kids & Toddlers

**update**After I had left a message, customer service returned my call the next day. After giving them all requested information, they passed it on to Jump Power. Not even 30 minutes later, the day went of the company had called and apologized. He was going to send replacement parts, but sent a new swing instead, which arrived within 3 business days. The new swing was in perfect condition, and has been played with nonstop!Purchased for our 3 year old who is crying inconsolably, as I write this review. Three of the main support posts arrived with the ends crushed, making it impossible to insert and align the adjacent posts. Several posts also had paint scraped off, where metal was exposed and will most definitely rust. In hindsight, we should have stopped there, but our little cheerleader was too excited about her new swing. After we "banged out" the bent posts, we discovered that we had been sent too many of one post and not enough of the other one, making it impossible to assemble the swing completely. So we now have a 90% assembled swing sitting in our backyard. Several calls to the manufacturer later, I was unable to speak to a live person, and had to settle for just leaving a voicemail.

This is a great little swing set. The build quality is good. The poles are sturdy and the paint isn't flaky or cheap. The basket is good material except for the fabric ring in the middle of the basket inside which is already fading in the sun. The rest of the basket is a good quality nylon and looks brand new even after months. I used some long spikes from Lowes to anchor it into the lawn otherwise it kind of wants to flip over with brave children swinging it hard.I recommend a basket swing like this over a normal swing any day. the kids love this thing and lie down in it all the time. Was easy to put together with all the pieces having their own numbered bag they came in. It is a two person job though due to to the awkward pieces.

Mild wear of the fabric as expected.The color stayed despite multiple storms, Texas sun!Warning if you don't secure, and have rough 5 yo kids might knock over.We have great memories, and have passed it down free on Facebook marketplace as kids are too old now :)

This thing is awesome!! I got this for my 2 year olds birthday! It is absolutely perfect! It is great for the price, and it's very sturdy. Took me about 45 minutes to put together, all hardware was included and tools. Very simple. My daughter loves loves loves it and I love it too! I weigh about 120 and me and my baby can swing together in this thing and it's very sturdy! Would definitely buy!! Exactly what I wanted and then some! Plastic clips that go over bolts are cheap, but it doesn't affect anything; great buy!

Bought this for my 5 year old. It is fantastic. My older kids and I fit in it with him too. The bucket seat is huge. Well made and easy to put together. Took my 17 year old daughter and I about 45 minutes to put it together. All parts are clearly labeled which made it a lot easier. Ground anchors are a must, which I purchased separately from amazon also. Very happy with purchase.
