We love our Tonie box! Bought this one as a gift. I love that the sets that come with starter Tonies. We will continue being Tonie customers!

We bought this Tonie box in March of 2023. My son uses it every night. Tonight it started making a buzzing noise and wouldn’t work no matter what trouble shooting tricks I tried. I emailed customer support not really expecting much. (I didn’t realize they have a 2 year warranty!) My email was replied to within an hour, a couple quick back & forths and he sent a code to order a new box completely free, shipping included! I really needed this today. It’s been a rough week and I was debating if I had the mental energy to deal with it but my son was so upset so I knew I had to try and I am so grateful for how easy and smooth they made everything. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a quick, simple replacement for anything. Thank you! (My oldest has one too. His box is almost 5 years old and still works great!)

This is a great system. Easy to use and it’s nice you can use creatives and upload intent remotely. So distant friends and family can read stories, send messages or songs directly to your Tonie box!! ❤️

I’m giving this a low rating because I’ve been unable to connect the Toniebox after several months of trying. I appreciate the concept and think it could be great, but in my experience, it simply hasn’t worked as expected. Unfortunately, I can’t return it anymore, which makes it even more frustrating.

I was torn between Yoto and Toniebox after weighing our options. We wanted something that could go on our road trip with us - so light weight, chargeable, and something our 2 year old could use independently. So glad I got this! The Yoto mini has been out of stock, otherwise I may have gone with that option. But this has a 7 hour battery life, is soft and lightweight, and the little characters are super cute and easy to operate for a smaller child. My only negative is that it is a little large for a smaller child and a slightly smaller travel size would be really nice

Great toy for kids. Purchased for our two year old grandson last Christmas. The four year old liked it so much he claimed it. This year I purchased another Tonie Box for the now three year old so they both have one. In the meantime I’ve been collecting characters for them to share and the Tonie Box carry cases to store it and the characters. The boys love the songs. Hopefully eventually they will enjoy the story characters. The recordable characters are great when parents are not home. When their dad is on business travel he records a story so mom can play it on the Tonie Box for their bedtime story.

Great for listening skills of kids. Entertaining stories, poems, and songs Customer service is great when you are able contact them...sometimes busy lines and limited hours. Had difficulty with initial setup.

Got it for my great granddaughter and she loves it.

I was disappointed they sent one with incorrect charge plug for Australia we had to buy converter The toy itself is great. Amazon should warn About incorrect charging plugs.
