So far, loving this. It has a clear and easy to use controller allowing each of us to have it set at our own comfort temp. We bought 2 others that broke after a year. Hoping this lasts much longer.

A heated mattress pad has been a God-send. I started using them a few years ago. Between all my aches and pains and our pets, we love having the heated pad. I kept telling my husband how great it was but he wouldn't think about spending the money for his bed. So I bought it for his birthday and now he loves it. He agrees now that it was a game changer.

The media could not be loaded. My husband and I are so happy with this purchase, not only does it keep us warm we each have control over our side of the bed. I find great comfort in turning mine on about ten minutes before I go to sleep. By the time I settle in, the bed is wonderfully warm and inviting. When I experience discomfort in my back or elsewhere, it provides relief much like a large heating pad. Living in Minnesota, where temperatures currently dip below zero, this product has been especially helpful. Additionally, as someone with a disability, I’ve found that it alleviates many of my symptoms—though I want to clarify that I’m not suggesting it’s a medical device. It has simply been an incredibly beneficial part of my routine. Without a doubt, this has been my favorite purchase of the year. In fact, just the other night, my husband turned to me and said, "This is the best thing you’ve ever bought."

Pros: I like that there are many heat settings, and many different times available to have it stay warm. Heats up quickly. Fits snugly on 15" mattress.Cons: low setting still pretty warm. I use 2 and going lower too low. It has hot sots and many areas that don't get warm, at least on low setting still pretty. Higher setting temperature is too high, even by on number.When I purchased this I thought it was for a dual control but I did not read it as well as I should have. The queen and the king size do have little controls but when you get to a full size it only has one. If you are old-fashioned and a couple has a full bed you will be disappointed. I don't imagine there's too many people of my age or older that still sleep together on a full mattress.

As we get older we get the chills in our feet and hands, to have the bed warmed provides a comfort and also makes it easier to fall asleep. I turn the pad on about 30 minutes before I go to bed, then turn it off, I don't want to overheat myself. I also have fewer blanket layers this year.

This is a poor quality item. Heat is uneven and some areas of the pad do not heat at all. Follow up: I contacted the seller because the heat was uneven. They gave me a couple of suggestions which I followed. They fully refunded my purchase. While I still feel this is an inferior product the customer service was excellent.

We are enjoying getting into a nice warm bed with our new heated mattress pad. The dual control is a nice feature, and you only have to turn it on for a few minutes before it’s toasty warm.
