I was skeptical at first, but I think this actually works. I bought it to sanitize my dog’s grooming tools, especially since one of my dogs has very sensitive eyes and is prone to infections. Before this, I had to go through a long and tedious process to properly disinfect the tools because using anything dirty near his eyes would immediately cause an infection. I have to clean the tools after every use, reusing them isn’t an option.Soap and water alone weren’t enough; I needed something that truly disinfects. So far, I’ve used this sterilizer three times, and he hasn’t gotten an eye infection, which makes me believe it’s doing its job. My process is simple: I wash the tools with soap and water, dry them, and place them in the sterilizer. It’s a much easier and more effective solution than what I was doing before.

I got this sterilizer for my nail business to add an additional level of cleanliness to my implements. Everything obviously gets washed and dried prior to bagging and sterilizing.I'm using a 3.5" x 7.5" (9x19cm) self sealing sterilizing pouch and it fits perfectly.I use it in small batches. Since you truly can only sterilize 1 pouch at a time. But it also works quickly so I don't mind it. I can see if you need to do many tools at a time it would be better to have a table top sterilizing caddy instead, but for my business needs this is perfect.

Got as a gift, I am a professional tattoo artist (ig@beckitatau) who occasionally pierces & this device absolutely does NOT sterilize at all. The instruction manual also has typos?? Please do not use this for sterilization, especially if in the beauty / tattoo industry, you will definitely give an infection to a client or end up in court! Please buy an AUTOCLAVE to sterilize

In theory this is awesome, but the small instructions it came with are very confusing on where to place the alcohol to help sanitize nails tools.

Worth your money ! Cleanliness & sterilization for my tools is number one.
