I absolutely love these. I get dehydrated easily and sometimes I cramp especially in my legs. When I feel like I’m getting dehydrated I drink two water bottles with the Liquid IV and feel better immediately. I keep packets at work, home and in my car. Certainly easier than buying sports drinks and in my opinion they taste better too!
