I use this while go karting. keeps me in contact with my cuz.

Didn’t work out of the box, spoke with Amazon about exchanging the unit, they said speak to Sena, sent an email to Sena which took a week just to get a response, they pretty much binned the problem back to Amazon, Amazon refused to exchange and will only give a refund…morale of the story buy a cardoand save yourself the ballache

Good quality product but i saw in other website it was cheaper.

I bought this product as my first comms/bluetooth device and overall the product is good, however, it does have a big con.So starting off with what is good:- With regards to the sound quality I found it to be quite good, especially music, which comes clear even with a lot of wind noise.- The microphone is very good, especially at reducing noise. I answered quite a few calls and people could not tell I was on my motorbike in the motorway.- The battery life is ok and will last you a few days under normal use (as it did for me even on 8+ hour trips listening to music)Now the bad news:- My unit died in a downpour and never truly came back to life. It is not even water-resistant as I opened the unit and there is zero rubber seals.I hope this helps.

Never use these in the rain, they leak like crazy and go heywire. Bought a pair, one packed in on the far earpeice after 12 months but is otherwise still working. The one pictured didone better after I got caught out in a storm. Opened up the charge port and water came out! Left it to dry overnight, turned it on and it worked. OK I'll charge it then. After 10 mins I could smell something smoking, turns out its the charging port, whole unit was red hot with the cable and port both burnt and melting. Going to give Cardo a try.
