I’m absolutely in love with this Korean face cleanser balm—it’s a must-have for my nighttime routine! As someone who wears makeup daily and has lash extensions, finding a cleanser that removes everything without wrecking my lashes is a challenge. This balm nails it! It effortlessly melts away my foundation, eyeliner, and even waterproof mascara, leaving my lash extensions intact and my skin feeling clean and refreshed. The texture is a dream—silky, smooth, and spreads so easily across my face. It feels luxurious without being heavy, and a tiny scoop (seriously, less than a dime-sized amount) goes a long way, so the jar lasts forever. This makes the value per jar incredible, especially for a high-quality K-beauty product. I also love that it’s completely fragrance-free, which is perfect for my sensitive skin and nose—no smell at all, just pure cleansing goodness. I use it as the first step in my double-cleansing routine, massaging it gently for about 30 seconds before rinsing with warm water. It emulsifies beautifully, leaving no greasy residue, just soft, hydrated skin ready for my next cleanser. It’s become a staple in my self-care lineup, fitting perfectly into my busy life with my family. I can’t recommend this balm enough, girlies—don’t sleep on it! I’ve been using this product for a month now and I LOVE it! 1. A little goes a long way, as with all Beauty of Joseon products. I love them all by the way. 2. Very nice and smooth going on my face. I look forward to using it almost everyday. I switch up with the Joseon Green Plum Refreshing Cleanser but I like this cleansing balm better. It feels like I’m rubbing luxury on my skin. Face and neck. 3. I do not wear makeup. This is not just for makeup removal! I use it to clean my face and I do not have to follow up with a face wash. This works fine on its own. 4. This is the only cleansing product that shrinks the strawberry pores on my nose! Beauty of Joseon Red Bean Refreshing Pore Mask also works but it’s not a cleanser and I do not use it everyday like this cleansing balm. 5. It goes on like an oily cream but rinses off like water. That doesn’t make sense does it? I’m trying to say it’s not a messy and it rinses right off easily! 6. My face feels so smooth and hydrated when I’m finished! Of course I still follow up with my moisturizers (mixsoon and castor oil), but it doesn’t leave my face ridiculously dry like some other products. 7. I loved my Lilah B cleansing balm so much I was sad when they went out of business. The only thing was Lilah B had a strong fragrance added, but it was a beautiful fragrance so I didn't mind. I haven't found one that matched that perfect feeling of spreading on my facial skin smoothly and then turning to a beautiful oil-like texture and then washing away cleanly. I'm sure they are out there, I just didn't find one that I liked or compared to LB. Until this Beauty of Joseon cleansing balm! I do love everything BOJ, so I am biased :) but this cleansing balm goes on so beautifully, spreads easily, and turns to a gorgeous texture on my skin. Easy to wash away. No fragrance, which is great if you have sensitive skin. I don't double cleanse in the morning - I use BOJ ginger cleansing oil, which I also love as it cleans my face without drying it out. But, when I wear sunscreen and/or makeup, I will double cleanse. I use this balm first and then follow up with their Green Plum cleansing gel. I have slight rosacea-prone skin and this does not irritate it. In face, the BOJ line is helping my rosacea - in particular their green tea serum calms the redness (along with CosRx snail mucin -gross but effective!). And the price is so reasonable like all of BOJ products. I need to order backups!

This cleansing balm has a lovely sorbet texture that melts quickly, spreads easily, and rinses off without leaving a heavy film, so my skin feels clean but not stripped afterward. It does a great job removing sunscreen and everyday makeup and hasn’t irritated my skin or caused any noticeable breakouts. I also appreciate that it is fragrance‑free and feels gentle enough to use daily. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it struggles a bit with heavier or waterproof makeup, which usually needs a separate remover, but overall it’s a solid, reliable first cleanse that I’m happy to keep in my routine.

A nice cleansing balm that liquifies in your hands for easy application on your face. It effortlessly removes makeup and rinses clean and residue free. It left my skin feeling soft and clean. I use it as the first part of my nightly double cleanse. It comes with a little spatula.

This product definitely helped cleanse makeup and sun screen residue. I still follow up with a second cleanse with a regular cleanser but this is a great product to use for step 1 of a double cleanse.

I use this nightly as part of my double cleanse. It doesn’t have any sort of strong smell, and is safe for my sensitive skin. Takes my makeup off beautifully, including mascara, without being too greasy. Has a nice little plastic applicator inside. I generally use Clinique but this is every bit as good and more affordable.

数年間ボディショップのカモミールクレンジングを肌がモチモチになるので使っていましたが度重なる値上げで他のものも試したくてUVクリームとクリームでリピしているこちらにしました。洗ったあとのモチモチ感はボディショップ程ではありませんが、小鼻の汚れの一掃具合と肌には優しそうな感じが気に入りました。お手頃価格なので次からこちらをリピしようかなと思っています

Usato questa sera per la prima volta e devo dire che sulla mia pelle delicatissima fa un OTTIMO lavoro. Non mi trucco molto a parte il mascara, ma strucca molto velocemente, deterge a fondo e delicatamente la pelle lasciandola morbidissima. Beauty of Joseon è per me una nuova scoperta, un brand coreano di alta qualità. Il produttore inoltre è stato molto disponibile rispondendo alle mie domande sui loro prodotti.
