beautiful grips
added these grips to replace the hogue rubber grips on my springfield armory 1911 ai gi.. added the pearce finger groove insert for the finger grooves on the front strap. a tiny bit of the insert sticks out from under the the grips but not horrible....i was still able to use the mag funnel which hooks to the bottom grip screws....ill take a razor or exacto knife to it later...these grips are a beautiful addition to my pistol. they come with gold replacement grip screws and a torque wrench but i already had gold screws so i just used those. they fit my gun perfectly and makes the gun look amazing with the gold grip screws and against the ss finish. very impressed for the price too. def recommend. these grips are beautiful

Good price, Decent fitment, Terrible non exsistent rear grip bevel makes a sharp edge on the hand
Nice looking grip, Nice fitment with slight bushing modifications and as with all 1911 stuff custom handfittment comes into play. Only REAL BAD downside to them is the rear of the grip does not have any bevel. The top the front and the bottom all bevel down smoothly and nice but the rear of it does not leaving a sharp edge that is unfomfortable and cuts the skin under prolonged shooting. Great price but i really hope they fix that rear grip edge with a nice bevel that matches the front. If they would do that i would reoorder another set and make these my goto purchases for 1911 grips. Because of the rear non bevel i would not order any more until that was corrected.
