Great busy work for a 2 hour plane ride!
I bought this to keep my 2 yr olds busy on a plane ride. It did the trick!! I didn't let them open it until we got on the plane so everything was "new".I can't tell you how many people asked me where I got this backpack from. It is a hard shell backpack so it doesn't squish down into small places (if you're looking for a backpack that does that) but it is pretty small and fit fine under our stroller etc...It's not large enough to carry any regular size books but little books worked fine. (Pete The Cat, WON'T fit in there ;-)

I was excited when I purchased this, but when I received it I was blown away! The outer shell is hard, while the straps are soft and adjustable. My two year old niece will love this. All the piece come neatly packed inside of the backpack. I think any child 18 months to 3 years would love this. If your child need help with hand eye coordination this would be a perfect fun kit!

It exceeded expectations. It is well made and very cute. My 2 year old granddaughter loves it. There is room for a snack and a drink as we head out to the park.

perfect for our 3-going-on-4-year-old
I was pleasantly surprised by this bulldozer. I wanted something that isn't flimsy but isn't heavy either, and this is both sturdy and light. My almost-four year old was able to manipulate the pieces just fine after I showed him how it worked. He still needed some assistance to assemble it correctly, of course, showing him which pieces went where. But he had such a face of proud accomplishment when it was done. While the scooper part doesn't scrape against the floor (so can leave bits of a pile he wants to move) it otherwise functions well. He got it for Christmas and as of mid February it's still working fine. We'll gladly purchase other trucks from this series.
