These covers are great; the old ones I had were off color and the zipper had broken due to washing them but these look great on the pillows and feel great too. I do have a pillow cover over them. They don’t fit as perfectly as the ones that came with the pillows themselves but that’s ok, they’re just a little bit bigger. Overall I’m very happy with these—their comfort level, appearance, fit etc.

I love this pillow! I have chronic neck and back pain and this pillow gives me the support I need. It is so comfortable and, after using it for several weeks, my neck and back feel better. My husband saw how much better I was sleeping and feeling so he stole my pillow! He sleeps better, snores less, and wakes refreshed (and in a good mood). He loves this pillow so much that he refuses to give it back so, I bought myself a new one. I highly recommend this pillow. If you're married, buy two.

Fits well and is breathable.

Didn't fit my ortho pillow properly. Don't know why these aren't more standardized. Otherwise, it was OK.

I love that there is a pillow case that actually fits the pillow. The only complaint that I have is that it is not made of a cooling fabric but made of the same thing the pillow is made of.

I got this hoping it would help with my extruding cervical disc issue, yet it actually was making it worse. I finally got a pillow that's half memory foam and half cotton filling that works really well.

I took my old BUCKWHEAT pillow and empties it out into this bad boy! Woooooo I now have a orthopedic contoured buckwheat pillow that is firm yet pliable. It literally is genius! You can still snap the middle to create the full effect! It’s like who are you to create such a masterpiece of comfort and precision. Man I’m good! Also thanks for the pillow case it really helped! It’s best to already have a pillow or to pair this with a new queen sized buckwheat pillow or king sized!RECOMMEND: I have always used Buckwheat Pillow Replacement Hulls: Zen Chi 100% Organic! I find it to be the most reliable buckwheat and it’s organic. Wish I could create a paired together thing!!!! This is only if your original pillow wasn’t enough.

The pillow case would have been nice except that it has a SNAP/ button in the middle of the case where your head is. Why it is there, I have no clue but it is smack dab in the middle where your head would be.
