Malfunction after 3-month use

I was attracted by the defer function so I could save my time for preparing breakfast. Love that! However, the steamer break after I used it to steam dumplings and sausage. The power is off consistently even switched to several outlet. I am not sure if the conductor burns inside. I have used another steamer for 2 years and this one is not that durable.
