I purchased the prebiotics and the probiotics set. I have been taking them for a little over a week now. I have had a lot less gas and bloating. I have noted that its about 12 hours after I take them, I have a very good bowel movement. No cramping, no bloating. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs some help with gut health!

I have been following this company for awhile and have fallen off from taking my supplements. When I discovered they had an all in one probiotic for women that included vaginal health I was all in. I did have a reaction at first because my gut health was in that bad of shape. I was bloated, broke out in itchy hives, and had diarrhea. This was after my first week of taking them. But Im feeling so good now and my period is less painful!! I didnt even notice I started!!

Hadn’t helped my on and off constipation. But that may be something that a supplement can’t help. But I think it still does boost my gut health.

I ordered this women's probiotic because I liked the idea of having the extra benefit of urinary tract health along with a daily probiotic. I suffer from frequent urinary tract infections if I don't take probiotics and cranberry supplements diligently. This supplement has a decent amount of probiotics inside: 30 billion CFU's which is pretty typical for a female probiotic. The price is a bit steep, however. At the time of writing this review it's about $40 dollars for 30 pills. Still, seems like a good supplement though at the pills are small and easy to swallow.

I was excited to try this. I'm 50 and in the last few years my bladder seems constantly annoyed about something. Either from coffee or certain colored drinks. Being constipated or after sex. I've tried various supplements toward fighting this irritation, otherwise I usually resort to using as needed antibiotics. So I've taken this a few weeks now and I haven't noticed any bad side effects, but I did notice I'm suddenly not running to go pee every 20 to 30 minutes. My bladder is not in a constant state of urgency! To some this might not seem like a big deal, but it really is. I was constantly having to excuse myself to go to the bathroom after very little fluid and would even hold back on drinking fluids to avoid having to go to the restroom so often. It was not immediate, it took a couple weeks of a daily dose. But it did sublty and slowly begin to take away the urgency. I'm able to drink my daily cup of decaf and red colored drinks without that instant burning irritation. I'm also not rushing to the restroom every half hour more like every couple hours. Truly an amazing response.
