I do think at just under £11 at time of review that this plastic sledge hammer is overpriced but it does look good.The hammer head looks particularly good and almost real.I think it could have had slightly more blood added or a deeper or brighter red colour to give it better effect but its no biggy. I have some great fake blood spray which adheres to most surfaces including plastic so I'll just spray some on the head.This prop will look good alongside some other Halloween decs and it looks very realistic.The handle actually unscrews from the head, and I'm guessing this is so you can add some small stones, sand or water inside the handle prop to keep it in place.... It does tend to get quite windy during Halloween in the UK so adding some weight to the handle will stop it being blown about.Great looking prop but slightly overpriced in my opinion.

Looks pretty good light weight and the heads removable

This prop is great for Halloween and I’m really pleased with the size of it! It’s so much better than I expected. It’s nice and lightweight, easy and comfortable to hold and I like how strong and sturdy it is. It’s great value for money and I feel it’ll last a long time. As a huge Halloween fan I highly recommend it! It’s good quality and well designed. It’s a great companion to a costume!

We have so many Halloween outfits and this will go with many of them. The head looks real but the handle us a tad plasticky.Overall I'd recommend if you get on offer, as it is a tad pricey for what you get.

This is a blood covered hammer.It is made from plastic ,the head looks really lifelike but the handle let's it down a little with little detail put into this part.It will look great with liquid blood with my sons zombie outfit he has this year .Feels like it will last unlike some of the cheap small accessories you can buy so for that I think it's great

This Halloween prop looks great. Made completely of plastic it weights virtually nothing and is super easy to swing, the kids love it. Perfect for dressed up kids or to be part of a display. Decorated with fake blood marks on one side and a good long handle. Excellent value for money with this fake hammer.

This fake hammer is huge (52cm long) and it’s great fun. It’s made of plastic so it’s very lightweight but it’s not flimsy at all.The hammer head is blood spattered and looks very realistic, but it’s let down by the very badly faked wood on the plastic handle. It doesn’t look like wood at all and it’s even a weird colour. It’s such a shame as the hammer head is brilliant.I think £10.99 (at the time of review) is a little expensive when you consider the overall quality. However, it’s a fun item for Halloween or fancy dress. Just be aware that the handle isn’t really good enough to be used as a photo prop.
