It help me and I like it a lot. I always double taped around my knee to ensure the hold.But all and all it worked very good.

I had a hamstring muscle injury a few months ago, and the muscle soreness didn't go away completely. This tape does alleviate the soreness quite a bit, so I will be able to go hiking and do other mild exercises without difficulties.

Best stuff ever!
Sprained my ankle playing Pickleball and the Green Drop tape was a life saver. It helped me heal and support my ankle way faster than other braces. Breathable, and water resistant. I could wear for at leave 5 days before it started peeling with proper placement. I recommend this stuff all the time and even still use when I have joints, muscle, or ligaments giving me trouble. I always advise people to watch videos for proper placement.
