Fantastic 4-in-1 product
I have used this for about 2 months and have really put it through its paces. I've used every tool and configuration at this point. I do not think you can beat this product on versatility and cost.HEDGE TRIMMERThe hedge trimmer works right out of the box and is fairly lightweight. It only struggles to cut through slightly thicker branches. I have trimmed all of my bushes and trees with it - a variety of leafy bushes, juniper bushes, rhododendron and japanese maple. Simple, light, works great.CHAINSAWI used this recently to cut down several juniper bushes in short order. Make sure to get bar/chain oil for it and keep it tightened. On first use, the chain gradually got looser and looser. It did fall off the bar once, but did not cause any injury. I would caution you to pause every now and then and tighten the chain. It's very easy to assemble/disassemble - no complicated parts.POLE ATTACHMENTYou can extend this pretty far and cut perhaps 12'-15' trees and bushes from the ground. Of course it gets a bit heavy to lift for long periods if you have it fully extended. The included shoulder strap makes holding it and supporting the weight easier, though.

Great value and easy to use.
I hadn't trimmed any of my bushes for a few years. I still had my dad's hedge trimmers that he bought back in the 1960s. I really needed to give my overgrown shrubs and bushes a good haircut. These worked like a breeze. Some bushes had grown way above my head & I attached the pole & was able to trim them down with ease. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a lightweight hedge trimmer. Also I was very happy with the price. I haven't had a chance to use the chainsaw yet.

nice set; love it. Highly recommend for homeowner / casual use
First one arrived with small piece of plastic broken off of chainsaw guard so that guard swung up and down. BADNESS! Amazon replaced. But this makes me a bit concerned about durability of this set. Power-wise, it has exceeded my expectations. In what it can cut and how quickly , this hedge trimmer has blown away my black and decker cordless (it was okay but I hated getting 1/2 through and battery dying). And corded tools are lighter - this is no exception, so it's an improvement on my B&D in that way too.The extension poles works well. It's a bit unwieldy extended in some positions, but I think any tool would be, unless it's a pro tool that has been engineered with a lot more thought and input from professionals ... in which case you'd be paying 2-3x as much. For home use, where you'll be using the pole occasionally (i.e. every week for an hour or two) it seems adequate. Parts fit together pretty well, but the feel isn't nearly as solid compared to pro tools I've used. That said, however, they have held up fine and I am not too worried about them breaking given what I've seen so far. They don't feel cheap ... just don't inspire confidence in the plastic they are made of either. The chainsaw is a little monster for the size! Boy, was I impressed. It chewed through some logs I did not expect it to. We had some storm damage and I cleared the stuff on my property and helped the neighbor. My Stihl worked as always - great, cuts like a hot knife through butter. But this little beastie definitely held it's own and I surprisingly found myself reaching for it for anything under about 6-7" as it cut about as well and it was lighter and quicker to grab it over the Stihl. That's saying something as I usually always put in any extra effort required to use a serious tool over cheap lightweight things. It worked far better than I thought as a pole saw. I was able to cut a 6-8" section of tree that was broken but hung up (trunk level with ground but 8+ft up in air) with no trouble. I did a couple cuts, but it ripped right thought it in no time and was certainly easy enough to handle up in the air.Summary - great little set of chainsaw - polesaw - hedge trimmer for the money. Would not use professionally or for heavy / long tasks repeatedly, but for homeowner, even someone with a moderate to large place to maintain, this seems like a good set and great value. I was a little concerned about durability (why I waited to put them through some serious work and repeated use before reviewing) but so far, they are fine and seem like they are of adequate build for home use.

Great Set for the Homeowner
I bought this being a bit skeptical of the quality at the low price. However once I started using it I was pretty impressed with how well it works. You can tell it is not made for someone in the business who will use it hard day in and day out, but for the homeowner trimming hedges and tress it is perfect. It is very simple to switch the handle from tool to tool and add the extension when needed. The one thing (which I know can't be avoided) is when you have the trimmer extended out to the full length of the extension for a period of time it does get a little rough on the shoulders, but the handy strap makes it easy to relive the weight and take a break every couple minutes.

Broken Chain Saw
I would have given this package deal 4-5 stars easy as the hedge trimmer and pole work wonderfully. However the chainsaw arrived broken (it looked untouched and brand no by physical appearance and by the time I got around to purchasing the chain lube to use per the instructions only then did I become aware it had serious internal issues and the window to return/exchange had passed me over by a single day.... First bad Amazon experience I've ever had, frustrating.

Nice! Good Power. Mostly Easy to Use.
I got more power in this than I thought I would. Easy to use but it is heavy and a little unwieldy at length so could be a problem for smaller folks. Using without the extensions is easy. All I really need for my small house & land area. I considered Greenworks & other battery powered brands before I bought this unit and I was a little skeptical. But using it a few times, it's easy to use, strong enough, and all I need. No input on longevity yet. If it holds up it'll be one of my best buys.

It’s a great tool, easy to use and relatively quiet.
At first when I opened the box, I was somewhat disappointed because it looked like a cheap green plastic toy. I can assure you, it’s nothing of the sort. Rather it’s a sturdy piece of yard equipment that fits together nicely and performs beautifully, way beyond my initial expectations. I’ve only used the hedge trimmer attachment, but with storms getting stronger, I expect that I’ll have plenty of use for the chainsaw attachment.
