Well designed case and useful accessories
The case is really well designed and built. What I like is that the machine fits inside without having to be disassembled. There is enough space to fit the power supply, glasses etc. I also like the second, smaller case. It is great for more accessories, blanks etc. Talking about blanks: the package also included a set of blanks which is a nice gesture. The price is arguably high, but it is a well designed accessory from the manufacturer.

My LO 2 fits perfectly in this bag and so does the cylinder , the Bluetooth connection will make connecting to the pc wireless

Great case - but how to pack it?
Love the case. It does fit most everything into it. Even after watching the video in the question section, I still had problems stuffing everything into the case. Well, here is my version of packing. I found that it fits best if it is packed into the cover of the case (photo 1). The first thing that I did was to lower the elevating arm of the stand to its lowest position. Next, I rotated the bracket so that it was upside down (photo 2). Then I fit it into the COVER side of the case (photo 3). It does fit snug. Then I add the roller storage case and the laser, followed by the cords (photo 4). Magic – everything fits (except the exhaust pipe). I love love love my LaserPecker.

just got this today, opened it up and......appears to be used product in the case that shouldn't be in there! pitiful way to run a business!

Great product and easy to use.
My wife and I have a home business and this laser has been a game changer. The mobile app has made it very easy to master, and has also come in handy at markets. I do recommend getting the power bank to be able to take advantage of the mobility of the unit.

Holds all the parts safely and securely.

Needs to be redesigned
The large bag is poorly designed. The interior is molded and it is difficult to fit the engraver inside. Also, I don’t seem to need the Bluetooth dongle at this point. But everything else is useful (so far).Too expensive for such issues!

Seems like a have to have - it’s not.
Save your money. You can get a venting hose at Home Depot.
