The principle is great but the material is not suitable. It slips out easily in the night. Also if you have a slight runny nose then it doesn’t stay in at all.

I actually use this for sleeping. It initially feels a bit strange, but it fits into the nose quite easily and allows me to sleep without my nose getting blocked up. It's very easy to remove and to clean too. I was sleeping with nasal strips before but after a while they cause a bit of skin irritation, so this is much better and causes no irritation. I needed the large one - there are only 2 sizes (small and large) so it may not be suitable for everyone. However, it's not a big spend if it's not quite right. For me this works well.

These are very comfortable to wear and do the job. I tried them whilst riding my exercise bike for a good 30 min session, which was easy compared to the normal 15 min session and using solely nasal breathing.HOWEVER, as a design improvement, they'd greatly benefit from being transparent or at least a more subtle colour. The only reasoning I can think of why they should be Yellow, is that they'd be easier to spot if they were left lying around. I'd like to wear these during the day, hence would prefer a less outlandish colour.This seems such an obvious design improvement, Im not sure why it hasn't been implemented. These are great products otherwise and my go to choice for nasal dilators, due to the comfort etc.The other obvious improvement would be to include a small plastic case. It could be really simple and would likely only add a few pence to the manufacturing costs. As it is, I bought a small zipper case from amazon to put them in.Very pleased with the product otherwise and would be happy to give an easy 5 Star review, if the above points were addressed.Also purchased Patrick McKeown's latest book, which I'll be working through, as a practical program towards improved breathing function.I've edited my review and given it a 5 Star, regardless of the room for improvement, which I hope the Oxygen Advantage people still take on board.I primarily bought these for exercising, using nasal strips at night. I tried wearing these at night instead of the strips, although that's not stated as their primary use. I found they worked better, were very comfortable and stayed intact all through the night.A very easy 5 stars!

Don't buy this, get the soft silicone ones instead. they do push out the nostrils but they are not comfortable. Bad design/material used

There OK, I have used 4 or 5 different pairs and shapes, the inner bit cuts your nose when it moves around so there's no way you can use them at the gym for a long period of time, hard plastic not a good idea for soft nasel flesh. There not bad but definitely not the best price or material

I dud not check the reviews first because I just assumed they would be as effective as the current nasal dilators I use. The difference is that these have a smoother edge and would be more comfortable, however the fact they gave a smother edge means they move out of place /gall out . If they stayed on position would be a 5 + star...because they would be hoof value compared to my existing ones.

Very uncomfortable to wear and doesn't stay in place. Waste of money.Breathe Rights are the only thing to work well for me so far but they're expensive.

Trying this product to see if it helps my condition.

Ich habe dieses Produkt gekauft, nachdem ich die Bücher von Patrick McKeown und James Nestor gelesen hatte. Da diese Nasendilatatoren von Oxygen Advantage selbst stammen, dachte ich, ich probiere sie erst einmal aus. Es gibt die verrücktesten Varianten bei Amazon zu kaufen und ich dachte, die von Oxygen Advantage wären wohl die besten um anzufangen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist hier ganz gut, es gibt 4 Stück in 2 verschiedenen Größen. Kann mich nicht beschweren. Die Größe Medium hat bei mir gar nichts gebracht, die Spreizwirkung war zu gering. Die große Version war besser. Spreizt die Nase gut und ich habe sofort gemerkt, dass mehr Luft durchkommt. Ich habe sie hauptsächlich für den Sport gekauft. Was eigentlich ganz gut funktioniert. Allerdings bleiben die Teile nicht in der Nase. Man muss sie ständig neu positionieren, weil sie gerne rausrutschen. Der Tragekomfort ist so gut wie nicht vorhanden, aber wie soll er auch sein, wenn man sich so ein Plastikteil in die Nase schiebt ;0) Für mich persönlich gehen die Spreizelemente des Dilators nicht weit genug nach oben und werden durch den Verbindungsbügel daran gehindert, weiter nach oben geschoben zu werden. Meine Nase wird erst weit oben eng und da reichen diese Teile einfach nicht aus. Ich wollte sie auch nachts tragen, aber leider lagen sie morgens irgendwo im Bett, weil sie wohl keine Nacht in der Nase überlebt haben. Vielleicht hätte ich vorher genau messen sollen, aber für mich ein Fehlkauf.

Non stanno nel naso, escono di continuo e diventa pericoloso dover sistemarli mentre viaggi in bici a 45km/h .... Uno mi è uscito e l'ho perso, insomma il prodotto non è per niente utile.

J'ai utilisé pendant de nombreuses années des dilatateurs naseaux de différentes marques dont certains m'ont donné satisfaction.Dans ce cas, la matière est inappropriée et trop dure, le principe est bon, la réalisation l'est moins... Dommage
