I have the Mushroom Masala option. I eat the whole pouch. Not too shabby nutritional profile, and the ingredients look healthy. Has some fat, protein, fiber, and fairly low calories. High sodium is offset a little by the generous amount of potassium. Taste is decent. Could use a little more flavor. Certainly not restaurant level, or home cooked level.. but for what it is-- a shelf stable convenience item? Sure, I like it and will most likely buy it again. Try some other varieties too. Pairs excellent with rice. I have also eaten it with some naan, or pita bread, and even tortilla wraps. While I prefer it heated up, it does work in a pinch eaten room temperature, direct from bag with nothing else.Nutritional info can be seen in their product pictures, last photo.

Wish it had less salt, but great value compared to ordering from an Indian restaurant when I don’t want to cook. Just pop it in the microwave and pour it over 90 second cooked microwave rice!

One of the best things to come out of a microwavable bag. Even though the bag warns the spice level is at a MEDIUM level, I wouldn't say it is very spicy at all. There is a faint amount of heat, but nothing like thai chili or sriracha fueled heat. (The heat does come from chilies though).The 60 second suggested microwave time was maybe 5 seconds too long for my 950w rated microwave. The sauce wanted to boil, and you could hear the bubbles burst, and had it gone any longer, I'm afraid it would have exploded.The mushrooms and potatoes were flavorful besides the sauce, and had a really good texture. They were obviously very fresh, and truthfully, it might just be a result of eating it with 10 months before the "BEST BY" date. (Prepared on 6-13-18, BEST BUY: 4-30-19). The spices were at very first a little bit much, but you get used to them and they develop into an interesting flavor. This will definitely be a staple in my work lunches for the foreseeable future. You can eat the entire bag (220 calories) and feel satiated and feel good about what's in here for ingredients. This particular selection is labeled as Vegan, Gluten Free, All Natural. Okay so I got 2 of these to try out 10 days ago and I microwaved 1 of the pouch and poured it over some boneless chicken tenders...OMG what a tasty meal that was !! you can taste the potatoes, the tomatoes, the onions and all of the spices (not hot) in this mix while still enjoying the flavor of the chicken.I ate the other pouch for lunch the next day as soup and it was great too. So right away I went and ordered 2 boxes (6 pks each) of these and every day after I ordered them I was checking for the delivery...when they finally came I ripped open the box and put one in the microwave right away...I poured it out over some Texas Toast and chowed down...hmm hmmm good. The flavor is so robust in these Indian Entrees that you will actually lick your bowl or plate after its all gone...I didBTW even thou they are "fully cooked" I'd recommend microwaving or putting them in a pan to heat them up so that you get the FULL flavor or these great entrees. I'm ordering some of the other flavors tonight (and another box of the Mushroom Masala ones too .I definitely recommend these to anyone who likes lots of flavor and a quick and easy meal.
