The recliner delivered is different from what’s shown in the picture and the problem was with the trucking company. The trucker (RL Carrier) wasn't helpful in moving the package in the building. This package was just dropped at the main entrance of the building and I was asked to take care of it.

We have a small living room, and it was difficult for us to find a new sofa/loveseat set that was small enough to fit but was still comfy and didn't feel cheap. This one did the trick, plus it has a recliner chair included which we found a spot for. The cushions are pretty firm, which we like, but is something to keep in mind. The recliners all work smoothly and are comfy. They were really easy to put together too, the backs literally just click on to the base, and they're set. I am a little worried that the armrests will flatten out over time as they are pretty cushy, but they should hold up for a few years anyway. I also wasn't sure I'd like the white stitching, but it actually looks pretty good. All in all, I'm really glad we got this set.

I'd like to start off by saying aesthetically, this set looks amazing and comes with an amazing price tag. We're still in the process of moving so we haven't really got much use out of them yet but they felt really comfortable from our initial testing. The single recliner is small but perfect for me since I'm not a big person anyway and our overall the set fits well in our tight spaced living room. I will say that I will NEVER purchase from the seller "Cavalier Store" ever again due to their poor customer service. The couch ships for free yet, I went back and forth with them and their misinformed representatives who tried to charge me $187 change my shipping address hours after I placed the order and hours before the product was even shipped. I had to contact the shipper (R&L Carriers) to get it resolved. Mind you, R&L Carriers isn't even listed as a shipper for the company on their page.

After a very bad delivery experience the the living room showed up today. IT WAS NOT THE SHIPPING COMPANYS FAULT. it didnt leave the shippers until the day after it was promised at our door. After 4 emails about a tracking number ( that didnt work) we got one that did work the day after the package was due. Okay okay enough of my shipping headaches back to the review. Boxes showed up torn apart but decided ( after looking at the furniture) to accept them. Put them together with relative ease, no tools needed and seems to be a good quality ( please remember this is a day 1 review) Sat down for the first time and was a little surprised at how firm they are but still rather comfortable. The recliner seems to work well and sturdy. They also look really nice for what we were hoping for. One more negative though, it's a bit small, I am 6 foot tall male and 200 pounds and it's just a bit small. 5'6" step daughter and 5' wife have no problems at all with the size other than arms make it hard to lay down ( very low) So far maybe not the worst purchase but we will see how long they last! Oh yeah we did get a $50 refund for the delay in shipping, totally not worth the headaches trying to chase them down though.

We used the all black three piece living room set. We love everything about the set was very easy to put together took no time at all. Very sturdy for the money we paid! Before buying I read a lot of comments saying the movers did not help! From our personal experience this is false there was only one guy but he helped us get all three huge boxes up to our second floor apartment (no elevator) and might I add he waited a period of time no one was home at the time to accept the delivery. Over all very nice experience got our money’s worth definitely 100%!!

They look ok but the recliner is really small. Also didn’t come with the hardware for the right side of the recliner. Offered me $20 credit for looking soooo out of place. Gee thanks. Wife didn’t want to have to figure out how to box them back up so we moved everything around to try to hide it and it looks out of place with the chair centered. Not very happy with this purchase at all, wish we’d went another direction.

I have had the couch right at a year now. I am not impressed. Its much smaller than anticipated and I had been approved for a refund last year not long after i bought it bc of that. Sending it back was going to be a burden for a single mom with no truck so i decided to make the best of the furniture and hope it lasted a while. One year later and none of the springs are under the seats anymore. Its still just as uncomfortable so sit on, it never gets soft or worn in. My 2nd graders legs pass the end of the recliners by a long shot. I regret this purchase and will never buy a couch online again. Huge mistake!
