Part of Level 2 USATF Training
This book provided all of the coaches taking the Level 2 USATF course an outline of the previous and latest training techniques. As a coach, it is important to understand why certain approaches could work and why they work. You do need to have basic knowledge of coaching, biomechanics and human physiology but it is explained so that anyone could understand it.

Worth the money!
A must have book if you work in human performance, it explains all the ideas, rationals and physiology behind resistance training. One of my bibles in my work as a physiologist.
