Loved it. Informative way of cooking burgers.

The burgers are fairly original. NO PICS, my ongoing complaint with Kindle cookbooks. With so few recipes there isreally no excuse not to have pics. If you go to a brick and mortar store all the cookbooks have pics in them. There arealso some formatting problems. As far as the recipes, the instructions are not always clear which is ironic since the authorcalls himself a food nerd. I vigorously denounce putting any fresh mushrooms in a blender without being pre cooked in butter.All you get is dried crumbs with very little taste when you put mushrooms through a grinder and AMERICAN cheese has noplace in this cookbook. It is crap, it is not real cheese. There are also no nutrition stats in here. I gave it a 4 only becauseof the originality of the burgers.The reviewer is the author of the Kindle book entitled: Sex Education For Adults SecretsTo Amazing Sex and Happily Ever After Too

Loved it easy reading and easy to cook menu.

This book is not worth 15 bucks! I can buy a recipe book for 5 bucks that is the same thickness! Will be returning for sure!
