Great responce from ActualColor C

I updated the firmware on my Epson printer and suddenly the printer would not function and indicated a problem with ink cartridges.Within 2 days ActualColor contacted me via Amazon and explained that the firmware update had invalidated the ink cartridges. Within 72 hours I had updated replacement cartridges in hand.Many thanks to ActualColor C.

Worst quality ever.

Not a single cartridge out of 4 worked in the printer. Printer would not recognize the chips in any of them. Went back to true Epson cartridges with no problems. I have used remanufactured in the past with no problems. Would never by this brand again as we purchased them to have on hand and now there is no return or replacement. Buyer beware.

Wrong Ink

This ink will not work in an Epson printer and can tear up printer. I used 3 cartridges and upon an updated maintenance the printer quit working. After 2 hours on the phone with Epson, it just won’t work. Epson color ink is around $6.50 per cartridge sand black ink $19.95. They will pick your pocket

I loved these until my printer sent a software update

These were economical for my husband’s work printer and for me to copy quilt patterns out of books to keep with my projects. I would have given all the highest ratings until my printer refused to recognize the “non corporate cartridges”. Seriously, one software update and the printer no longer worked. It claimed ink cartridges were empty and would not recognize the replacements.I finally sucked it up and bought the cartridges from the printer manufacturer at Office Depot. These worked just fine. I have sent a nasty letter to their corporate representatives and cancelled my subscription to these affordable cartridges for home use.

Cartridges are not recognized

Do not use the remanufactured cartridges because the ones I bought are not recognized. Wasted money because I bought them a year ago and was ready to use them and doesn't work.
