Tasty and light
The sauces and dishes I’ve made with this soy sauce have turned out excellently. It is a light soy sauce, and it adds a wonderful umami flavour to the dish that is light on the tongue. Will be repurchasing, loved it.

Bit too salty
So im going to go back to using Kikkoman. But I still think it’s authentic and other people might like it. Worth trying

Excellent Product
Light Soya Sauce is a staple in our kitchen, and I've always been partial to LKK's version. This time round I tried Hachi's product, and was most favourably impressed. It is most satisfactorily Umami, something I've found missing even in some foreign brands I'll not name here. And it is not excessively salty. All in all, an excellent deal for its price.

This soy sauce is getting me compliments!
Come winter 🥶 and you yearn for hot 'n spicy, tantalizinglytasty soups! The readymade soup just doesn't cut it and homemade soup always lacks something, until you add this umami wonder!Been making my broths and noodle soups the way I have always done, but this soy sauce makes a world of difference.Pro-tip: it's quite mild as a dip, which is great for many dishes, but takes a heady personality of its own once you heat it up with some water, vinegar, chilli, and lemon.Try, you won't be disappointed!

Very salty zero taste of soy sauce
Very salty, ll make your food salty so donot add salt prior to addtion of this soy sauce. Plus there's not at all a little bit taste of soy sauce, taste like salty liquid.
