The protien powder has formed lumps which meant that the protien is not good and the container is not airtight enough. Also it has mixability issues. The scoop is bigger than others. The taste is also not appropriate. the jar says it is chocolate flavoured but believe me it doesnt. Pls dont waste your hard earned money in big muscles protien.

It doesn't have enough protein as its written .. I have tried many protein powders but this only has flavours and no protein.. Hence its less priced.. My money is wasted

For a steep claims of no sugar, it still has sweetners added. I did not check this part in detail. So my bad. Obviously it's too sweet for me. I ordered Dutch chocolate flavour. Mixing with shaker is good. I faced no digestive issues ever since starting it. I have noticed improvement in stamina, also less need for snacking. Toddler Mom approved✔️. Minus the sweetness 😒
