Excellent Price Great Quality this brand keeps my wallet fat but not my waist
I am addicted to the little Brazilian cheese bread bites you get at Brazilian Steakhouses. I bought this awhile back and am just now finishing it up. I just put my 2nd purchase in my Amazon shopping cart and thought I need to do my review. Packaging is thick and well lined has kept my product fresh for almost a year. I have made perfect little balls of deliciousness.

You need this for a lot of vegan cheeses and for a coating on tofu
This is what you need for making vegan cheeses. I also use it to dredge tofu cubes in and fry. It makes them clump together if they touch, which I like, and then they are a nice, chewy main dish. I store the flour in another container after I open the bag. It is great value for money as this bag lasts me a long time and you really can't substitute something else for it in recipes that call for it.
