Miners Mix – Steak & Veggie Rub – Original Tasty Flavor, All Natural Spice Blend, No MSG, Gourmet Seasoning and Low Sodium – Pack of 2

The steak and veggie seasoning rub is fantastic. No other seasoning mix like it. I use it on new york strip and ribeye steaks that are thick cuts. Take the steaks from the freezer and let them thaw just enough to slightly soften the surface. Maybe 10 minutes. Rub this seasoning into the meat on all sides. Grill on a seriously hot grill(600 degrees F) without thawing the steaks. Takes about 5 minutes on each side to sear in the juices. Lower the grill heat to around 500-550 and then cook about another 5 minutes per side. Use a meat thermometer to check for internal temperature. i remove them when this temperature reaches 120 degrees. Remove from the grill and let them sit for about 5-10 minutes. Perfect!!

I have been using several Miners Mix rubs (XXX Garlic, Maynard's Memphis, Poultry Perfection) for a couple of years now, and love them. I found the Steak and Veggie rub and thought I would give it a try. I am really glad I did! In a word, it's Awesome on both steak and grilled veggies. Really enhanced the flavor of both. So I ordered some more. The bottom line is that every Miners Mix rub I have tried has been outstanding. Great company!

I have almost all of the Miners mix seasonings my favorite xxx garlic, prime rib, and salmon marinade so I was excited about trying steak and veggie rub. I was not disappointed I grilled portobello mushrooms ofcourse and chicken halves on my pit barrel smoker. This seasoning/rub is very versatile you can put on anything. To my taste description is a savory, pepper, and brown sugar type sweetness. I'm very satisfied with my purchases I strongly recommend.

Very nice blend of spices. Brings a nice flavor to anything you add it to.

Tastes amazing. And adds great flavor to a seared steak. Will continue to buy this over and over again. I’ll probably give the poultry seasoning a try too. Got it as a gift for someone else and they haven’t stopped reordering either.

I’m a big fan! Pork chops never tasted so good! Rub into thick chops and put them in your air fryer. OMG! I’ll never grill chops again.

Not bad, but not my favorite. I gave away the second bottle but keep in mind taste is an individual preference.

Have used this brand in the past, with excellent results. Got a new offset smoker for Christmas, so I'm stocking up. GONNA BE A TASTY SUMMER!!
