I have a few of the regular masks that you warm up in the microwave and I thought I was okay with those. But then I discovered this gem and use it every single day! The thing I like the most is that it doesn’t cool off after a few minutes. It has a timer for 15,30,45 or 60 minutes and a heat preference of low, medium or high. My preferred setting is 60 or 45 min at high. I did notice that it takes a few minutes to warm up though. Whenever I turn it on I let it sit for at least five minutes before putting it on. It comes with an elastic band so it stays in place comfortably even if you turn sideways. I usually fall asleep before the timer shuts down and just take off the mask in the middle of the night. My eyes feel pampered and relaxed in the morning. The material is silky and smooth without any funny smells. The power cord is long enough, not too short like the standard cell phone chargers where you practically have to be in really close proximity.This is a great product. It’s like a deluxe spa treatment for eyes at a very reasonable price. It does not disappoint!

I've had chronic itchy and dry eyes for as long as I can remember. Every few hours I would have to take eye drops. A coworker told me about this and I had my doubts. But at 25 bucks I figured I would give it a try. First time I used it was for 10 minutes before I went to bed. At around 10:30am the next morning it hit me that I hadn't used any eye drops yet and my eyes still weren't itchy. Same story the rest of the day. I don't know how or why it works but it does. I use it about every third night and I hardly ever need to use eye drops now. If I try and stretch it to about 4 days I notice they start to get itchy again.A few things to note:-The lavender scent on mine only lasted about a week or so. That didn't bother me though because I wasn't really a fan of it. Just know it's temporary.-It's not the most comfortable thing in the world. It's not uncomfortable per say, but you know it's there. You can feel the heating mechanism inside pressing against your eye lids and it's a little awkward.-When I leave it on for my typical 15 minutes my eye sight is a little blurry when i first take it off. It only lasts for a few minutes but the first time it freaked me out.-Most of the time mine feels like it's slightly warmer on the side with the plug but that's pretty common on any electronic that heats up. It's similar to how heated blankets always seem a bit uneven with heat distribution and hotter closer to the plug. But it's a minor difference.At the end of the day, this thing gets a big ole set of 5 stars from me just for the simple fact that it is life changing. That probably sounds silly but not having to take eye drops every few hours is amazing!

This electric heating eye mask arrived today and worked flawlessly. I set it on High and within one minute it heated to maximum temperature, which I would not want any hotter; I think that it might be a little bit too hot to leave it on for sleeping, since the entire mask gets hot, even over the eyeballs up to the brow and under lower eyelid area. I set the timer to 30 minutes and it turned off fine. It goes up to 60 minutes. I did not try the low or medium settings because I got used to the High heat setting since I was using it for a stye on the eyelid. The cover is of good quality material and seals nicely with velcro, which can be removed to wash the cover. The elastic band is also good, well stitched to cover, and has two adjusting buckles. I was surprised and glad that this worked so well because of its lower price range, and the fact that I read reviews of other products which reported uneven heating and failing timers. I do recommend this Ezona heating mask and will consider purchasing for gifts. I just received it today, so I can't coment on longevity, but I suspect it'll last because of the quality observed. have used many warm eye masks, and I find this one to be the best by far in terms of heat intensity, comfort, fit, and washability. My only complaint is the timer, which is wildly inaccurate and unreliable. For example, when set to 30 minutes, it seems to shut off after only about 20 minutes.

I purchased this Heated Eye Mask with high hopes of finding relief for my dry eyes, but I couldn't be more disappointed. However, it failed to deliver on every front.Firstly, the temperature control is erratic at best. It's either too hot or not warm enough, making it impossible to find a comfortable setting. The timer control is also a joke – it either shuts off too soon, leaving me in discomfort, or it stays on for an unnecessarily long time, posing a safety risk.The USB connection is flimsy and unreliable, often disconnecting randomly, interrupting the already subpar experience. The quality of the material is cheap, and the overall design is uncomfortable. It feels like I'm strapping a low-quality heating pad to my face rather than a specialized eye mask.To add insult to injury, the mask didn't provide any noticeable relief for my dry eyes or any of the other conditions it claims to address. I might as well have thrown my money away.Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this overhyped, ineffective product. I'm left regretting this purchase and wishing I had invested my money in a more reputable and reliable solution for my eye concerns. A one-star rating is generous for this disappointment.
