Use the size chart it worked great. I am 5‘5“ and 128 pounds. The women’s large is perfect. Drawstring top in case you need a little extra tug. Very comfortable in the knees and calves, some brands are tight there on me as I am athletic build. Have used these over leggings for sailing and staying warm. Plan to use without leggings when it’s not so chilly out to get wet. Rubber smell went away with one wash

I’m 5 foot three and 125 pounds. My thighs are a little bit thicker than I would like for my weight. I got the large pants and they fit perfectly. It’s not a struggle to get them on but there is no extra room at all. I usually wear a medium in yoga pants or a 4/6 in regular pants. Hope this helps you.

I have a very hard time finding a pair that fit comfortably while still giving you the security of being watertight. Please actually were the first pair of many that I tried that provided both I would recommend them.
